Agile Coach, Federal Reserve Bank ofKansas City
Kerri Powell is an Agile Coach at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City (FRBKC). She enjoys leading and driving the Agile mindset and adoption across the organization while coaching, mentoring and training Agile teams, ScrumMasters, Product Owners, organizational leaders and key stakeholders. As a coach she focuses on the value-added by adopting the Agile mindset and frameworks by each project team. She serves on the FRBKC’s Agile Community of Practice which has provided her the opportunity to speak at several events bringing awareness of the Agile four values and 12 principles and supporting frameworks (Scrum, Safe and Kanban) to the Federal Reserve Bank system’s Agile practitioners. In her previous role, she served as a ScrumMaster for three Agile teams. As strong ScrumMaster she was provided opportunities to coach other Agile teams outside of her Agile teams which aided in her transition from ScrumMaster to Agile Coach.
