She'll explain the importance of the PO from the business perspective, but in language that development team members and management can understand. This workshop will include a short hands-on activity to demonstrate the types of challenges POs face that end up flowing through to the Agile development teams they work with. Attendees should better understand the role of PO, the challenges POs face, and how they can support POs throughout the product development life cycle.
