As people, we learn best by sharing stories of our experiences with others. Join us at Lean Agile Kansas City 2019 to explore how the practice of storytelling can be used to create a safe place to exchange insights & advice in support of transforming to the agile mindset.
Within this space participants will have a chance to share a story supportive of any of the following:
• What advice/guidance do you wish you had when you were starting out?
• What struggles have you experienced and how did you overcome them?
• How adopting agile has enabled you to succeed at work or outside of work?
We plan to spend ~20 minutes exploring each of these topics by inviting those present to share supporting stories. As stories are shared, a mindmap of high-level insights will be created to share with those not able to attend the session.

Jason Tice, MBA, has nearly 20 years of project management and product development using agile methods. He currently leads product development efforts at World Wide Technology building products that improve the design, deployment and management of complex IT environments by incorporating automation, AI & machine learning, and secure mobile access to streamline IT operations. Jason has significant experience designing and using collaboration frameworks to enable everyone to contribute ideas to determine the best outcome while having fun. Jason is a frequent conference speaker and podcaster on agile software development, innovation, and leadership topics.
