We've all been on software development teams that struggled with code quality, technical debt, and knowledge silos. I've seen teams successfully tackle these issues head on by using a technique called mob programming. I'll share my experiences from participating in mobs and coaching teams on mob programming. You will learn how a mob works and what tools and equipment are best for mobbing. We'll discuss how to mob with all of the team together, some members remote, or the entire team remote. Finally, we will form a mob so that you can see it in action. You will leave my session ready to get started improving your code quality, reducing technical debt, and eliminating knowledge silos.
