Scrum Master, Agile Coach
As Scrum Master I have coached new and seasoned teams at times serving as Scrum Master to more than one team. My experience includes helping teams learn Agile, form and build trust, work effectively as a collocated or distributed team, as well as coaching high performance teams. I have also mentored newer Scrum Masters as they lead Agile transformation on their teams.
My passion is learning to be an effective coach and helping my teams continue to grow their own knowledge as well as increase their impact to the organization.
