In honor of Halloween, this session would be a series of common problems on Agile Teams with solutions they can take home, under the umbrella of monster movie themed activities. What are the monsters your Agile teams encounter, and how will you defeat them? In this session we will run through the biggest and scariest problems a sample of Agile teams reported. Then we will work together to discuss and uncover possible solutions.
