What will 4 boards, 6 teams, 22 people, a well defined Kanban process and a bit of Star Wars culture get you? About 1600 campaigns, 4500 deployments, and over 1.1 billion emails sent with 99% accuracy in 1H 2017 alone. In this session we’ll dissect the process, tools, and lessons we’ve learned! Over the past 3.5 years, DEG’s campaign management department has tuned its processes using Kanban to support high-volume, complex email campaigns for some of the largest global brands.
