Whitney Vanderstel has 20 years of project leadership experience. She has led the Agile transformation at Commerce Bank, growing business agility throughout the enterprise. She is enthusiastic about helping teams be more collaborative, experimental, and focused on creating real value for customers. Whitney has an MBA from Portland State University and a BA in International Relations from Willamette University. She grew up in Alaska and currently resides in the Kansas City area with her family of four. They enjoy high velocity ski slopes and outdoor adventures.

Paul Carter grew up on the central coast of California. He currently resides in the Kansas City area where he has lived for the past 20 years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree from DeVry University in Computer Information Systems. He has been working in the IT industry for 17 years with a strong background in the financial services industry – Mutual Funds, Annuities, Life Insurance and Banking.
