Shahzad started at Cerner in 2005 developing C++ and Java Services. In 2009 he became a Technical Project Manager and has been leading and coaching multiple teams developing using Lean/Agile methodologies. Currently, he is leading the cloud development business unit and also leads the Agile Center of Excellence at Cerner. Shahzad is also a DevOps evangelist and has been involved in creating hackathons as well as presenting at meetups and conferences including PDD, KCDC and LeanAgileKC. He also serves on the Agilehood KC board, helping KC area business adopt Agile best practices.

Matt is an executive at Cerner Corporation with 20+ years in IT. Matt has led Cerner’s enterprise agile transformation since its inception in 2008 and the alignment of best practice Agile, Project Management and ITIL. He specializes in leveraging Agile and Lean not only within software development, but across all enterprise business functions. Matt is currently working with Cerner’s Infrastructure and Operations organizations to drive DevOps and improve the connection to Development. In addition to Agile, Matt is active in the PMI community and teaches PMP and PMI-ACP prep classes. Matt has presented at Agile and PMI conferences across the globe including Agile India 2012, Agile 2014 and Agile 2015. He also serves on the Agilehood KC board, helping KC area business adopt Agile best practices and specializes in working with executives to lead change within their organizations with Agile and Lean principles.
