This portfolio adaptation of the Featureban game (created by Mike Burrows) explores how Lean and Agile principles can apply in real portfolios with real challenges such as planning around shared services, overcoming exploding work in process, and facing the repercussions of outdated HR practices. During this experiential session, attendees will learn to measure and manage flow at the portfolio level in alignment with strategic direction. As an added bonus, Featureban is Creative Commons licensed, so attendees may recreate and modify the game to play with their teams and colleagues.
