Matt has led Cerner’s enterprise agile transformation since its inception in 2008 and the alignment of best practice Agile, Project Management and ITIL. He specializes in leveraging Agile and Lean not only within software development, but across all enterprise business functions. In addition to Agile, Matt is active in the PMI community and teaches PMP and PMI-ACP prep classes. Matt has presented at Agile and PMI conferences across the globe including Agile India 2012 and Agile 2014 and Agile 2015. He also serves on the Agilehood KC board, helping KC area business adopt Agile best practices.
